- With seven days from the time you receive an artwork to reach out with photos on the highly unlikely event that the artwork is damaged- You can get a full refund for this reasons.
- Free returns Australia wide. We pay the cost of return shipping within Australia.
- Worse case scenario, thankfully that has not yet occured -loss in transit, you will receive a full refund. If artwork is shown to be delivered to your address and then taken, refund is not given.
- For overseas orders (outside Australia) Originals over $250 AU wil havel free delivery. Zoe Louise. C covers freight of up to AU$300.
